What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Well I’ve been playing football since I was 6 so it was kind of instilled in me since a young age.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moments from football would be playing against my first cousin(who’s like a brother to me) throughout my childhood and college career.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My dad inspires me because he is relentless and never quits despite people trying to tear him down he always finds a way to win in the end which makes me feel like I can accomplish anything.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Looking forward to leaving everything on the field. Walking away knowing I gave my all in my last season to give myself a chance at the next level. Also being able to ball out with some of the best guys a teammate could ask for!

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

I would hang out with Ray Lewis. I want to know what kept his fire lit even with being counted out and doubted.

What are your favorite things about playing football for Chattanooga?

Favorite things about Chattanooga would be my teammates, the food, and the support from the town.

What should we know about Ben Brewton the person?

I’m a workhorse there is no quit in me. I’ve been labeled and ignored for so long I still grind no matter what because I know who I am.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

4-3 is my favorite because it allows the defensive line to be free in some of their rushes and I love a one on one match up.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I handle things in life by using football as my escape from anything I’m dealing with. It gives me a chance to forget about whatever I’m dealing for a while and focus in on the task at hand.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A team would be getting a fierce competitor, who is all about the best interests in my team and teammates.

What stands out about your film the most?

My get off stands out the most, but the effort and technique shows as well.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Devonnsha Maxwell, his athletic ability while being 300 pounds is insane and doesn’t really get the notice it should.
