What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
Growing up I was playing soccer and got alot of red cards. So I went the next route which was more physical and decided to play football.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
Getting all conference my last season. Sacking the quarterback at South Carolina and traveling and meeting people from different states and that football allows you to become a better man.
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?
I am looking to show my peers/teammates/coaches/general manager at a club/team that I am willing to do whatever it takes to help people and support my family.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?
Luke Kuechly, because of the way he studies the game and approaches the game and I would love to spend a day with Luke Kuechly.
Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?
The male figures in my life either my father, uncle and cousin, they have inspired me to go the hardest and show the love and support and holding me accountable.
What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?
The way the Eagles play their defense, the way they can stop the pass, run and cover the receivers and I love pass rushing and showing my coverage skills.
What should we know about Amir Siddiq the person?
I am a very hardworker, and I can do things outside of football skills trade wise carpentry, hardwood and tile.
What stands out about your film the most?
100 percent effort and a playmaker.
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
I approach everything head on, there’s no challenge that’s too big to overcome, I just attack it head on and get through it.
What would a team get in a player like you?
A well rounded athlete willing to be put anywhere and learn anything.
What do you love the most about the game of football?
The physicality that comes with the game.
Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?
Troy Hairston, he was a walk on and is now playing in the league starting for the Texans. He was undersized and they didn’t know where to play him and he took it to the next level.
