What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2022 NFL Draft? 

My versatility, I can play any position in the back end, CB, SAF Nickel. Along with the cover skills to blanket WRs and ball skills to create turnovers. I also I have a competitive edge being a walk-on instilled the underdog mentality of never being satisfied.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?        

I fell in love with the game when I was 7, watching Monday Night Football. I knew right then and there I wanted to be a professional football player when I grew up. 

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?          

I want to be coached by the best and compete with the best. I’m hungry for greatness, all I need is a opportunity. 

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be? 

Adoption; I was adopted as a baby and personally know the importance of giving kids a better life.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

There’s ups and downs in anything, keep going because there are always better days.

Disorganization 

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome? 

Betting on myself and going to the JUCO route as a walk on, then walking on again at CSU with only 10 thousand dollars in my name with the purpose of getting a scholarship in less then a year. 

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

CSU is special to me because when I was younger I used to sell hot chocolate and lemonade at Hughes Stadium dreaming of playing for the Rams one day 

What is your favorite snack food? 

Mangos and fruit snacks 

What is the best part of football? 

Being able to enforce my will on another man, I love the physicality of the game

Underdog

Minkah Fitzpatrick 

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why? 

Tom Brady, to pick his brain on the game of football. Michael Jordan, because he’s a icon, legend and innovator . Ed Reed because he’s the best safety to ever play.
