What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

When I was younger I just had a natural attraction to it. My parents are from the Caribbean and really had no idea what football was or how it was played. I would just go play with the neighborhood kids. One day one of the neighbors who were good family friends saw the natural talent and signed me up for the little league team in our area and the rest was history. Fell in love at 6 and never looked back.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

I’m looking forward to a career in the NFL and playing with and against the best of the best in the world. It’s been a dream since I started playing this game. I look forward to the learning and growing a career like that will bring into my life while getting the chance to make my families life that much easier.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

I would hang out with Aaron Donald. It would be cool to pick up some tips from the best DT and defensive player in the game right now. I don’t just like the fact that he makes plays but his demeanor and physicality is fun to watch.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

One of my favorite moments from my football life is playing my first college game in a packed Baylor stadium. My other favorite moment is getting my first D1 scholarship. I remember getting the call and running to my room to make sure it was quiet enough for me to hear every word and the excitement me and my mom had that night.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My mom. She worked so hard taking care of me and my sister and making sure we got to all our practices and always had a hot meal ready for us. Our Dad was away for work a lot but she made what might have been impossible for someone else look easy. She’s strong, caring, and one of the most intelligent women I know and I love her a lot.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

I love the traditional 4 down front whether it’s a 4-2-5 or 4-3 because I like that 3 tech position but this past year I played in a multiple defense scheme and a lot of plays can be made in the 4i in a 3 man front. If I had to choose though it would probably be a 4 man front.

What should we know about Quent Titre the person?

I love to eat, hangout with my family/friends and have a good time. I’m a island boy at heart. Both my parents are from the Caribbean Island of Dominica and I have a lot of family down there. I love to swim and used to be on a swim team. I’m a really competitive person even outside of football and especially with board games. Oh and you definitely don’t want that smoke in pool basketball. I love to live in the moment and be where my feet are.

What stands out about your film the most?

Physicality and technique.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

When I have challenges in life and on the football field I try to analyze and figure out what exactly the root of the challenge is and look for the most efficient and best way to solve it.

What would a team get in a player like you?

They would get a player that’s passionate, physical, technically sound, and is focused on being the best player he can be and for the team.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

What I love most about football is all the the brothers it’s brought me. We succeed together, work together, and fail together and it creates friendships for life.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

The most underrated player I’ve played with probably has to be Jack Gibbens. He is one of the smartest players I’ve played with. I don’t know how many opponents knew how good his football IQ was.
