A Group including Josh Harris and Magic Johnson place a bid for the Washington Commanders
Could Magic Johnson own another sports team? The former NBA Legend along with Josh Harris and Mitchell Rales have submitted a fully financed bid that meets Dan Snyder’s 6 billion dollar asking price.
This is a huge development, because weeks ago the Commanders owner cleaned out his office at the facility.
Snyder has owned the Commanders for the past 24 years, but it sounds like a deal could happen very soon.
The Commanders are expected to have 100 million in 2024. It would be nice to see the Commanders new ownership come in and go heavy after Lamar Jackson, but it will depend on who is in the driver’s seat.
