Southern 🐆 University football offered Michael Coats and Lonnie Rice this October month. The Jaguars are definitely in play to be up their recruiting on the defense side of the ball. Coats and Rice are potential D1 prospects.
Chris Carter the 6’7 275 Offensive Tackle from Garden City CC is rising. At least 8 D1 programs have previously offered this athletic and tenacious Offensive Tackle for his service, but only one HBCU program is offered and that is Texas Southern.
Ikani Tuiono from Independence CC is another prospect starting to make some noise, but in the HBCU community, Ikani is bussing a little with Norfolk State University and yes, Tennessee State as of early November has recently offered the Great Polynesian standout. The kid is a monster at center.
