The Miami Dolphins need to start over and fire everyone; It is like a soap opera in the 305

I am not going to get too involved with the Miami Dolphins this off-season until the literally fire someone.  The Dolphins team has been one of the biggest soap opera sitcom’s over the past season.  The team has been a joke since Chad OchoCinco beat up his girlfriend and was released.  After that point, the Dolphins have been through some crazy changes.

In the off-season last year the team spent boo-coo money on guys like Mike Wallace, Dustin Keller, Phillip Wheeler and Daniel Ellerbe, who all were horrible minus Wheeler.  The team had one of the biggest drama sessions in the world when a 6’6, 300 pound lineman complained of being bullied by a guy that was 4 inches smaller than him and skinnier.  Not to mention the team, fell apart this year when the team began to worry about their friend Richie Incognito backing him up and basically throwing Johnathan Martin under the bus.

The team then tried to move on and get into the playoffs, and they had a great shot. They fell apart quickly at the end of the season losing to both Buffalo and New York Jets, finishing their season on the outside looking in.  After a horrible couple performances from their second year quarterback Ryan Tannehill, he began to throw his former head coach and offensive coordinator Mike Sherman under the bus.  Now everyone on the Dolphins team feels the same way about Sherman, according to Pro Football Talk.

Per a league source, some Dolphins players want the team to get rid of offensive coordinator Mike Sherman — and they’re apparently making their feelings known.

While it’s unclear whether one of the folks complaining internally about Sherman is quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who played for Sherman at Texas A&M, Tannehill provided a less-than-enthusiastic assessment of the team’s progression-based offense to Tom Pelissero of USA Today.

“I think we try to,” Tannehill told USA TODAY Sports recently, “but a lot of our offense is progression-read.”

They’ve ranked 27th in offense both years since, despite their young quarterback’s development and substantial investment in the weapons around him.

I completely feel that owner Stephen Ross is right to fire someone, but until he does I won’t speak about the Dolphins because it has turned into a show for women in Miami.
