Western Michigan University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

Whether it was Bronson or the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, visiting children in that environment provides you with a new perspective on life and really forces you to cherish what you have. We take so much for granted every day that we don’t realized that some of us are truly blessed.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Who is your role model, and why? 

My parents. They always wanted what was best for me, they never complained about their lives or circumstances and they always worked their tails off.

Did you play any other sports growing up? 

Basketball, Baseball and Track

Did you play any other positions in football? 

QB, RB, FB, TE, WR, DE, LB, S, CB, PR, KR

At your position, what separates you from others

My ability to be coachable.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

The little things. How does a OL pass set or run block? (does he shoot his hands, use his feet, is he a “leaner” or does he grab?) Also, what are the offensive tendencies in certain situations and areas of the field.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced

Kareem Hunt

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

No one, I feel as though that I am myself and I can do things that others can’t and that I’m different than everyone else.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it? 

I was arrested in High school and my character has been in question since then, so trying to build that image back has been difficult but I think I’ve done an elite job.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

Listening to music and catching punts.

What is your biggest strength? 

Athleticism

What is your biggest weakness? 

I can be too hard on myself at times

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

I’m a coachable and passionate young man who is dedicated to their craft. Also, I am a people person and I know how to carry myself on and off the field.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

Lawrence Taylor, Giants

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

J Cole, Kobe Bryant and Jay-Z

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

Used Car
