JJ Watt to Bills needs to happen right now

JJ Watt to Bills nfl draft
Houston Texans legendary Pass rusher JJ Watt to the Bills? Could you imagine what that would do for the city of Buffalo?

By: NFLHeads2020

Recently released defensive lineman J.J. Watt is floating in the free agent market right now, and he is the most highly anticipated free agent of 2021, replacing QB Dak Prescott for the top spot. While there are teams like the Falcons and Jets that could certainly desperately use J.J. Watt, the team where he would fit best in my opinion is the Bills.

The Bills had a massive drop in defensive production in 2020, going from one of the best defenses in the NFL to a very average one. Additionally, they are slated to lose both Matt Milano and Trent Murphy, both of whom are defensive starters. These factors alone make Watt a great fit, but that is not the only factor to be considered.

If I were J.J. Watt (God that would be cool) I think I would want to go to a legitimate contender after being chained on the Texans for the past decade, and while people might talk about the fact that the Texans have made the playoffs multiple times, the front office seems incapable of holding a solid team together which is absolutely essential when making a playoff run. Cut to the Bills who seem like they are one difference maker away from being able to topple the Kansas City Chiefs as the best AFC Team, and to a front office and coaching staff that have proven that they can grow and develop a good team.

Overall, this seems like a great fit for J.J. Watt, and I will be pulling for this signing to happen over all other teams. Watt will be a star wherever he goes, but I believe his biggest opportunity for success is Buffalo. JJ Watt to Bills makes too much sense.
