Draft Diamonds Free Agent Interview: Tristian Green, Linebacker
Hello, I am @jrberendzen on Twitter and this is one of my free agent interviews where I ask very deserving free agents questions about the players themselves and about what a team would get in these players. All of these players should get picked up by NFL and CFL teams and get a shot at being a career football player. 1.What do you hope to achieve as a football player going forward?
- Like most players my end goal is to play at the highest level at a high level
2.What is your favorite workout?
- My favorite workout is definitely power cleans.
3.What is your mindset when you are on the football field?
- My mindset on the field is to play as fast and physical as possible.
4.What is your favorite stadium that you have played in?
- My favorite stadium is for sure Green Bay Blizzards (IFL) stadium the fans and atmosphere were crazy.
5.What are your favorite moments from your football life?
- I’ve had a lot of fond memories but my favorite football moment would have to be the 8-0 run my teammates and I had at Goldenwest College.
6.What has been your biggest challenge in life?
- My biggest challenge in life is staying patient.
7.Rank focus,footwork and skill based on what is most important to you as a football player and explain why?
- Focus, skill, footwork. Because without focus your skill and footwork aren’t really a factor
8.What made made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
- Seeing my older cousin Rod play as a little kid I instantly fell in love with the game.
9.What do you do for fun?
- For fun I love to read and or do any outdoor activity.
10.What would a team get in a player like you?
- With me, a team is getting a leader and an all-around competitor who will do anything and give his all to an organization.
11.If your life was a tv show what would you call it and why?
- A day in the life of Tristian because it would be a reality show I’d lay it all out there.
12.If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?
- Lawerence Taylor for sure, his approach to the game was like none other.
