Joshua Shaw was a 27-year-old carpenter that was helping with renovations to Lambeau Field when he passed away.

According to reports, while at the construction zone on June 15th, Shaw suffered a critical injury and was rushed to the hospital immediately. The Wisconsin native who worked alongside his brother and father would die from his injuries just two days later.

The reports say Shaw was working on the North end zone Scoreboard.

Packers president Mark Murphy released this statement on the death of Shaw.

“Sadly, Joshua Shaw, a carpenter with Mavid Construction, recently lost his life in an incident in the north end zone scoreboard. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and fellow workers,” Murphy wrote.

Josh was an organ donor and it sounds like his death will bless others who are in need of organs. Please keep the Shaw family in your prayers.
