From there, I decided to accept the challenge and become a part of the vision. I felt that I had a better chance winning the award and become a better football player learning under a coach who has had experience in playing offensive line for 7 years in the NFL and who has had success with players at my position. I see myself being the top center in this year’s upcoming draft.

Failure is inevitable in life. How do you handle situations that don’t go in your favor?

I learn from them and I find a way to fix or get situations handled. That’s what I love about the game of football. There are always obstacles to overcome and I believe that I am the type of player to face the obstacles and come out on top.

Is there a current/former NFL player that you model your game after?

Jeff Saturday, Indianapolis Colts.

Knowing what you do now, what would you go back and tell yourself as a High-School Freshman?
