What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft

In my opinion I am more of a sleeper prospect. I feel this because most people are going to over look my size and the small school I went too. But my heart and passion for this game we play matches if not exceeds all others. And I have the first in last out mentality and willing to go to any length to prove I below in this league.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I was first introduced to football at a young age, around 8 or 9 when I found out my cousin played in the NFL. And from there I knew what I wanted to do. I starting watching football all the time and fell in love with the game.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

One thing NFL teams should know about me is that as stated before they are going to get someone who is relentless to get better everyday. And I will be the first guy in and last guy in.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

If I could donate to one cause It’d be for alopecia. One of my college best friends was born with this disease and we started the 3B tournament at our school to help raise awareness and money for research, so continuing that would be first on my list.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

The best advice I have received is to never fear failure because when you fail you learn and grow from that situation so the next time around you can apply the lessons you learned.

Who was your childhood hero?

My childhood hero was mother seeing the struggles she has gone through in her life for her to still always see the best in life is unmatched. And for the way we came up being poor she was always the first person to help someone else, whether it was giving them her last dollar or making them food because they were hungry. She is such kind, loving, and caring human, she’s one of one.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

The most underrated player on my team has to be Rob Guerin. He also has that first in last out mentality, while also pushing other to their fullest potential. His talent on the field is relentless, and he plays with a high motor.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

People chewing with their mouth open.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

The hardest moment in my life was growing up homeless. We moved from hotel to hotel then to living with friends and family. It was struggle for me and my sisters because we only cared that we were together. Seeing my mom struggle and break down because she felt she wasn’t giving us her best is what made those times the hardest. And it gives me motivation to show up everyday and give it my all no matter what just like she did.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

Castleton University is special to me because they not only gave me an opportunity to play football but because of the community. Everyone in the Castleton community supports each other and do all the little things to show how much they care. Whether it’s hold doors for everyone letting people cross the street, waving, and saying hello to everyone. I think this makes it special because you don’t see that all the time anymore kindness is hard to find and it’s all over here.

What is your favorite snack food?

Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos

What is the best part of football?

The best part of football for me is the brotherhood that forms in practice, the locker room, during travel, and in games. Being with a set group of guys for 2-4 hours everyday bring you guys close and that makes it special.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

I am a person that leads with heart, passion, dedication to learn and better myself to achieve success.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

If I could compare myself to one player in the NFL it would be Micah Parsons of the Dallas cowboys. He plays with extreme passion and willingness to sacrifice for the betterment of his team. He has a high motor  in the pass rush game. His ability to move around on the line from OLB to DE. And his dedication to get better each and every week/year.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

If I could have dinner with any 3 people dead or alive it would be Lebron James because he very wise and full of knowledge outside of his sport. Troy Polamalu because he is my favorite football player of all time so sitting down and being able to just pick his brain on his time in the league. And the third would be my grandma. She pasted away this past year and I never got a chance to say give her one last hug and see her smile one last time.
