High School football player in New York collapses on the field during drills
Robert Bush a 17-year-old football player from Selden, New York had been at practice for just a few minutes when he collapsed on the field.
According to Newsday, the football team was undergoing conditioning drills at Newfield High school when Bush had a cardiac event.
Coaches had to perform CPR and use a defibrillator to revive the young football payer.
He went without blood or oxygen for at least 45 minutes, and now his family is reporting he has no brain function.
These cardiac issues continue to happen around the United States. After last season I thought it would be over, especially after Damar Hamlin. His family claims the young boy never complained or new he had a heart issue.
We are asking for a miracle. Lord, please bless Robert and take care of him. Give the family peace as well during this tough time.
