What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2022 NFL Draft?

I’ve shown throughout my career that I have the leg strength to go to the next level. On multiple occasions, I would hit 65+ yards field goals and punts above 5.0 seconds of hangtime. Those numbers translated onto the field in my sophomore and senior year where I had explosives punts which led to the best net average in 2021 for the OUA and the highest kickoff average in all Usports in 2019.

I have competed against the top NCAA D1 kickers and punters at Kohl’s kicking and ranked twice as a punter in the top 3 for the recruiting class of 2018 while maintaining 5 stars recruit status.

This off-season will allow me to compete against the best NFL free agents and college seniors through multiple combines that I’ll be attending across the USA. I will be showing that my leg and consistency are at the NFL level.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I started to play catch with my mom and dad as young as I could remember. Learning how to throw from my dad, it translated to some intense recess football game in elementary school. I started to play high school football in 9th grade and the rest is history.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

My work ethic is what defines the results that you’ll see on the field. This work ethic starts in the off-season by wanting to push me and my teammates in the weight room. I am the type of kicker/punter that will push its limits and lift with the DL and LB. I surround myself with the best kicking and lifting coach and give myself the opportunity to compete against the best through many camps in Canada and the USA.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I have this dream of starting a foundation that will help students from low-income communities to have access to team sports by covering the cost that is related to its practice.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Be bold and determined. Never give up.

How are you planning for the draft?

I have been training in Florida for the past month in preparation for the draft and multiple kicking combine. I will be attending Micheal Husted’s college senior combine on January 28th, Kohl’s Pro combine on February 12th and Coach Zauner’s college senior combine on February 18th. I have been working in preparation for those events with Denis Boisclair and Korneblue kicking.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

Our linebacker Alexandre Laberge-Chung sets the example by being a true competitor that pushes through the pain. He does not talk much but will always set the pace of a practice or a game. He is a true warrior.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I have to drink a coffee or tea 2 hours before the game.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

My senior season has been one of the hardest moments to overcome. I faced a lot of adversity both on and off the field. This type of adversity built my character and it gave me a lot of self-awareness.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

The fanbase that is called the Bird Gang at Carleton is awesome. Whether it’s football basketball or hockey the fan base is always present. It brings a true feeling of belonging for all students. I take a lot of pride in being a student at Carleton.

What is your favourite snack food?

I love my donuts from Publix!

What is the best part of football?

Football is the one sport where someone won’t be discriminated against because of his size, race, cultural background… It creates a brotherhood between a group of guys that will be cherished for life.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

If you are looking for a strong punter that will help you flip the field when you are backed up, I’m the guy.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Pat Mcafee, no matter the situation I’ll get the ball out and make a play.
