Rex Ryan tells radio station that the Bills have signed Tyrod Taylor

tyrodAccording to WGR550’s radio broadcaster Joe Buscaglia, the Buffalo Bills could have a new QB.  Today Rex Ryan stated on a radio station that the team has signed Tyrod Taylor the former Virginia Tech quarterback.

It appears that Matt Cassel and EJ Manuel will have a third player that factors into the quarterback discussion. Appearing on Dean Blundell & Co. Sportsnet 590 The Fan in Toronto, Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan let it slip that the team had signed a quarterback in free agency.

Ryan was asked if he was worried about his quarterback situation, to which at first he said he wasn’t worried, but they also know they don’t have a Tom Brady on the roster. Then, Ryan let the signing news slip:

“With the addition of Matt Cassel, we just signed Tyrod Taylor and EJ Manuel, now we have three guys… we’ll see what happens.”

UPDATE

Confirming from the that, per Rex Ryan’s announcement on Toronto radio this AM, QB Tyrod Taylor has joined the team.
