Would San Francisco trade up to draft Johnny Manziel?
I know and understand that the Niners have Colin Kaepernick, but one coach that likes Johnny Football’s play on the field is Jim Harbaugh.
“I’d welcome the challenges of taking Johnny Manziel,” Harbaugh told the San Francisco Chronicle. “(He) sees the field like nobody I’ve ever seen see the field in college football. You’d love to work with that.”
Manziel is projected to be a top 10 pick, so the odds of Harbaugh getting that chance is slim with the 49ers’ having the 30th overall pick. The only real way Harbaugh could get his man is trading up. Could the Niners make the move to add a very solid back- up?
