If Warren Moon was to combine his CFL and NFL stats he would rank second in the NFL

How great was Warren Moon?  Well the Hall of Famer was a legend in two leagues.  How he was looked over by the NFL is just asinine, but it happened. The former Washington Huskie great was overlooked by every NFL team, and found a home North of the Border.

Warren Moon played six years with the Edmonton Eskimos before joining the Houston Oilers in 1984. Just imagine if he had played his entire career in the NFL. In the CFL, Moon had 21,228 yards passing while he threw for 49,325 in his NFL career. The total of 70,553 would rank only behind Brett Favre.

Moon held the record for most passing yardage in professional football (CFL + NFL career) until surpassed byDamon Allen on September 4, 2006, held the record for most passing touchdowns in professional football until surpassed by Brett Favre on November 22, 2007, held the record for most pass completions in professional football until surpassed by Brett Favre on December 23, 2007, and held the record for most pass attempts in professional football history until surpassed by Brett Favre on December 14, 2008.

What a legendary career, do you agree?
