The Vikings have waived Lestar Jean after he suffered an injury

The Minnesota Vikings have waived-injured former Houston Texans wide receiver Lestar Jean according to the National Football Post. Jean played for the Texans for the past two seasons before joining the Vikings this spring.

Jean caught four passes for 35 yards last season in 13 games. Jean, 26, caught six passes for 156 yards and a touchdown in 2012.

This is not good for the Haitian prospect who played collegiality for Florida Atlantic. If he cannot stay healthy his chances of playing in the NFL could be about over.
