Vikings are trying to get DEFENSIVE with their new head coach

It looks like the Minnesota Vikings will try to get defensive this year, when they hire their new head coach.  The Vikings have asked permission for two defensive minded guys to come in and interview.

The Vikings are in the process of setting up a head-coaching interview with Cardinals DC Todd Bowles. The Vikings have requested permission to interview Seahawks DC Dan Quinn for their head-coaching vacancy.

The Browns are also in pursuit of both Bowles and Quinn, but this could be a matter of who pays more for the individual.  It would be a shame if the Vikings didn’t give Lovie Smith a shot as well.
