Only two teams are over the cap now with the new salary cap figure
Today the NFL made NFL owners of 30 teams breathe a little easier. With the NFL increasing the cap to 130 million, 30 of the 32 teams in the league are now under the cap. The only two teams that are not under the cap are the Dallas Cowboys and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
