The NFL now has flex scheduling as early as week 5
Last year, I personally was hoping the NFL would change their flex scheduling, because some of the games were horrendous. Well today the flex scheduling has changed.
According to Around the League of the NFL network the flex scheduling has changed. So you don’t have to wait until to week 11 to find out if your team gains an additional primetime game. So Sunday Night Football can be changed as early as Week 5. In the past, “flex scheduling” did not start until Week 11.
