Small School player who suffered 2 knee injuries signs a deal with Colts
Former Small School standout Cam White formerly of Hillsdale College has never stopped thinking about his NFL dream, since he injured both knees his senior season at Hillsdale College.
White’s senior season at Hillsdale was in 2012. It has taken the Grand Rapids Forest Hills Central graduate a year and a half to get from carefully walking through commence to currently going through voluntary workouts with the NFL team.
“There really wasn’t a question of not pursuing it,” White said of his dream to play in the NFL. “After it (knee injury) happened, I talked with my parents, hooked up with PowerStrength and got after it.”
Cam never quit which is huge for small schoolers to hear. Not every college player gets drafted but those who never give up ultimately reach their goal. Congrats Cam, what an awesome story.
