Six coaches that NEED TO GO in 2014; Yeah Jason Garrett you are one
I will start this off by saying a few weeks ago I would have had Greg Schiano number one, but lately he has proved he can win football games, and has the Bucs streaking. There are several NFL coaches that need to go though, because they have been horrible this year and in the years past.
First on my list is you Jason Garrett! Jerry Jones has come to bat for this man more than once and let’s be honest he needs to go. Not just Garrett but his entire coaching staff, including Monte Kiffin. The Cowboys have a much better team than their record, and when Garrett threw his quarterback under the bus, it put the nail in the coffin for me. Tony Romo just got paid, believe me JG, you will get canned before he does.
Second on my list is you Rex Ryan, because your team is not getting any better. Sexy Rexy has become a thing of the past, while he has had a few good games, he has really struggled with Geno Smith. The team has been more streaky than your underpants. I honestly feel that the Jets need to let him go and move on, it is time. Geno Smith might not be the answer either. Time to give another QB a shot.
Leslie Frazier, I see you were fighting to keep your job last week with that butt whoopin you put on the Eagles, but you are not the long term answer in Minnesota. The Vikings need a coach that is going to win. You have not improved this team any better than their last coach. You are simply gone in my opinion. Good luck, PACK YOUR BAGS.
The first to go should be Mike Shanahan to be honest. The guy is not a great coach, and he has proven that lately. When he benched RG3, he basically gave up. Mr. Shanahan, I have one question for you though; do you have any regrets taking the Redskins job over others? I am happy you didn’t land in Buffalo, because I really wanted you as a coach once. Whew, we lucked out with that pick.
Mr. Munchak you were an awesome offensive lineman, but you suck as a coach. Mike Munchak is the next on my list, but I feel bad for him. He has been dealt a horrible hand. He stacked the offensive line, but they just don’t gel together. Then his quarterback get’s hurt, and his running back has failed to show up since he ran for 2000 yards. Well, I hate to see you go, but it is time.
The last coach I could see getting the walking papers is Jim Schwartz. That is the hardest one for me because he is a good coach. He really has made the Lions a tough team, they just lack depth. I don’t like the idea of firing him, but what else can the Lions do? They need to make the playoffs and keep the fans happy. I feel Schwartz could do that if the team gave him some rookies that actually contribute.
Shoot Gary Kubiak has already been fired, and I would not be surprised if Dennis Allen is fired as well. He is on my hot seat, so stay tuned to see if he is the next to get the call……
