Seattle Seahawks defense will only get better now that Bruce Irvin is back

Through four games, the Seattle Seahawks are averaging some impressive totals, ranking second in points allowed with 11.8, sixth in total yards allowed with 300.2, fifth in pass yards allowed with 191.2 and 18th in rush yards allowed with 109.0.

Combined with an offense averaging 27.2 points per game, it is easy to understand why they are a favorite to reach the Super Bowl this season.

Well today their former first round pick returned to them.  Bruce Irvin the pass rush specialist from West Virginia will return, after serving a four game suspension.

You can expect Irvin to get after the quarterback soon.  Irvin was considered a reach by some, but he has been a very solid pass rush specialist.
