Seahawks make the release of both Sidney Rice and Red Bryant Official
Today the Seattle Seahawks released two of their former starters in WR Sidney Rice and DL Red Bryant.

Sidney Rice was used sparingly last year and was really a none factor, while Red Bryant was a very solid defender. The team will miss Bryant, but will look to find replacement in the draft.
