Saints sign TE Richard Quinn & WR Tobais Palmer; Waive Three
The New Orleans Saints signed tight end Richard Quinn. Quinn was a former second-round draft pick of the Denver Broncos. The team also signed wide receiver Tobais Palmer on Tuesday, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
The Saints waived three undrafted rookies: receiver Steve Hull (injured), nose tackle Tyrone Ezell and linebacker Marcus Thompson in corresponding moves.
