Richie Incognito files a grievance against the Miami Dolphins
A person familiar with the situation tells The Associated Press that Richie Incognito has filed a grievance against the Miami Dolphins over his suspension.
The Dolphins have kept Richie away from the facility after allegations came out saying that Incognito bullied Jonathan Martin. I think Incognito will have a very good case, because as of right now everything is speculation.
If the Investigators find out that the Dolphins coaches did in fact tell Richie to toughen up Martin, it is over for the Phins.
