Packers lose Michael Hill to the Bucs; sign RB Orwin Smith
Today the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed small school standout Michael Hill from Missouri Western. Hill was on the practice squad of the Packers. This is a great signing for the Bucs, because Hill is a very quick runner. He was one of my selections for the Raycom All-Star Game.
He was replaced on the Green Bay Packers practice squad with Orwin Smith. Smith was the former Georgia Tech running back, who was very versatile. I had the pleasure to interview him before the draft, you can read that here.
