NFL Concussion Case with 4,500 litigants is over, Settlement reached for 765 million

According to Peter King of SI, the NFL has reached a settlement with 4,500 litigants. Today, Judge Anita B. Brody of United States District Court ruled on the league’s motion to dismiss hundreds of cases that were consolidated. Brody, from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, could toss out some of the claims of negligence and fraud, but the two sides have reached an agreement. This is a huge win for the former NFL football players, and the NFLPA. You can see the Press RELEASE HERE.
