New York Jets claimed CB Johnny Patrick off the waivers from the Chargers

Johnny Patrick started off his season last February with the Chargers when he was claimed off of waivers from the Saints last February and played 13 games for the Chargers before going on injured reserve. He started four times as the Chargers tried to find a corner combination that worked and had 38 tackles, 1.5 sacks and an interception.

Well with that being said the New York Jets claimed the former third round pick of the 2011 draft, but he will mainly be a depth move.

Patrick has been cut twice by two teams, which does not stand well in most NFL situations.
