The New York Giants have had the best offseason so far

The New York Giants have been pretty impressive this offseason, and in my opinion, they have been the best this offseason. They did not make a major splash, but they were very active and signed quality players.  I love what Jerry Reese did.

Signings: RB Rashad Jennings, WR Mario Manningham, OL Geoff Schwartz, C J.D. Walton, KR Trindon Holliday, LB Jameel McClain, CB Walter Thurmond, CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, S/KR Quintin Demps

Re-Signings: QB Curtis Painter, RB Peyton Hillis, FB, Henry Hynoski, S Stevie Brown, K Josh Brown, LB Spencer Paysinger, LB Jon Beason, LB Mark Herzlich, CB Trumaine McBride

Players Lost: WR Hakeem Nicks (Colts), TE Brandon Myers (Bucs), OL Kevin Boothe (Raiders), DE Justin Tuck (Raiders), DT Linval Joseph (Vikings) LB Keith Rivers (Bills), S Ryan Mundy (Bears)

I like what Jerry Reese did, but my question is who do you think had the best off season?
