Matt Cassel is not happy with Ron Jaworski’s assesment of him

Is Matt Cassel the worst starting quarterback in the NFL? Well according to former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski, Cassel is the 32nd worst starting quarterback in the league. Well today Twin cities in Minnesota interviewed Matt and he said he will use it as motivation.

“In this world we live in, everybody has an opinion and what he has is an opinion,” Cassel said. “The best part about this whole deal is we haven’t even played this whole season yet. … It just gives me more motivation to go out and do what I do with this team.

At the end of the day, the only one that matters are the people in this building,” he said. “The coaches here, they know how hard I work. I’m going to go out and give it my best. … In the preseason, there’s going to be a lot of people making bold predictions. But the fun part of football is you have to actually go out and play the game, so that’s what we’ll do.”

Remember the year before last Jaws did say Matt Flynn was the worst starter. How did that pan out? He was cut….
