Lions are working out future HOFer Champ Bailey
After failing to make the Saints roster for Week 1, 15-year, 12-time Pro Bowl cornerback Champ Bailey apparently didn’t give a thought to retiring. A matter of fact, he is in Detroit working out with the team today, according to Tim Twentyman.
Bailey is one of the best cornerbacks of his generation, but after spending most of last season dealing with a foot injury and after not playing particularly well when he was on the field, the Broncos released him after the Super Bowl.
