Kansas City Chiefs sign Canadian League star receiver
The Kansas City Chiefs have signed Canadian Football League wide receiver Weston Dressler to a contract.
The 28-year-old Dressler is a small wide out (5-foot-8, 172 pounds) who projects as a slot receiver. He also has returned kicks.
In six seasons for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Dressler caught 442 passes for 6,531 yards and 43 touchdowns. Last season, his numbers were 70 catches for 1,011 yards and 9 TDs. Dressler played in college at North Dakota.
