Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?
Signed up for Be the match. This is a volunteer organization that allows you to sign up and hopefully be a match for those who have cancer and are in need for a bone marrow transplants.
What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?
Finance 331
Where are you from?
Lombard, IL
Who is your role model, and why?
My father, because he is a loving/caring person who does anything for his love ones. He has coached me in football since I was 4 years old and help me grow as a man and a player.
Did you play any other sports growing up?
Yes, baseball,basketball, and wrestling
Did you play any other positions in football?
DB/QB
At your position, what separates you from others?
My knowledge of the game, art of my route running, and my ability to catch the ball in traffic
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
I watch the DB/Nickel/OLB to see any tendencies they have in coverage rather its foot work, physicality, alignment, or their adjustments depending on formations
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
Deondre Hall from UNI (currently on the bears)
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Julian Edelman because of his route running, physicality, and attitude on the feild
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
My sister and father both being diagnosed with cancer, we overcame it as a family together and I used football and my play to help distract my family from the issues going on in our lives. They both overcame it and survived
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Yes, listening to the same songs and carry out a usual game day routine
What is your biggest strength?
My knowledge of the game and the ability to catch the ball rather it be in traffic or in general
What is your biggest weakness?
Pulling away on go routes
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
I love winning and hate losing. I will do anything and everything to help my team get the Win
Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?
Julian Edelman and the Patriots, there is nothing better then a well coach/smart football team
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?
My Papa Tony and two Victoria secret models haha
What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
Our old family lake house that my mother loved so much
