What is your name?

Hayden Brodowsky

What is your Height/Weight?

6’/260 lb

What is your position?

Deep Snapper

Where do you play college football?

Abilene Christian University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Our School has been really involved with the local hospitals and giving back to the sick children has been a great honor.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Majors Physics/Animal Biology were terrible.

Where are you from?

Lancaster California

Who is your role model, and why?

My role models are my parents, neither of them have college degrees, yet have strived to be successful in everything they do. I think through them I have learned that no obstacle is too great to overcome.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

I loved baseball up until high school, It was my first sport growing up.

Did you play any other positions in football?

I played fullback and Defensive line in high school, as well as Deep Snapping but pursued a career in snapping in college.

At your position, what separates you from others?

What separates me in all aspects of my life is my drive to be better tomorrow. From the smallest of tasks to the greatest, I treat them with the same mind set because every opportunity is a chance to learn and grow.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

When it comes to breaking down snapping footage, I start small picture first, and look for tiny errors that would be often overlooked, then move to the big picture.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Troy had some pretty big guys rushing on field goal block, it was my first big college game also.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I would say I relate more to Jon Weeks, dealing with being “undersized” can often cause us to be overlooked, but in a position where perfection is key, height is not an issue.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I often listen to Classical Music, something to calm the nerves before games.

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

One of the biggest obstacles is not having the same notoriety that big school players receive. Small school players are definitely not held to the same standards in some eyes and that is a terrible shame.

What is your biggest strength?

My biggest strength is my drive to be better every single day. I am always committed to growing and becoming better at my craft.

What is your biggest weakness?

I am my own worst critic, often being too hard on myself.

haIf I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

As a person, I am committed to being someone kids can look up to, holding myself to a standard that is above the cultural norm. As an athlete, I guarantee that my work ethic speaks for itself and I always give my maximum effort to complete my goals.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

My favorite team has been the Minnesota Vikings since I was little. I have a lot of family in Minnesota and South Dakota that are Vikings fans as well.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

I would choose Jesus, J.R.R Tolkien, George Washington

With your first NFL paycheck what would you buy?

I would send my parents on a vacation, they have been my biggest support and have always believed in me, even when I did not at times.
