Hall of Famer calls Cordarrelle Patterson a Super Star in the making

Mike Singletary the former Chicago Bear linebacker, inducted in the Hall of Fame in 1998, believes Cordarrelle Patterson is a Super Star in the making.  This is coming from a guy that was once a San Francisco 49ers head coach, and who has played against some pretty impressive players.

The 6-foot-2, 23-year-old Patterson caught 24 of his 45 receptions in the Vikings‘ final six games in 2013, added three rushing touchdowns in that time frame and, more importantly, started running routes like an NFL receiver.

Patterson will need to help the quarterbacks in Minnesota, and impress in the return game to become a future Super Star in my opinion.  With limited touches, Patterson will need to make every snap count.  I think with Patterson and Peterson chipping in for the Vikings, they could be a very scary team.  Singletary is right on path if you ask me, because Patterson showed flashes of a healthier, stronger, faster, Percy Harvin in 2014, and the Vikings have not missed a beat since losing Harvin.
