My name is Daniel Nwosu usually referred to as Danny Nwosu
What is your Height/Weight?
6ft3in/245lbs
What is your position?
I play TE, H-back
Where do you play college football?
Colorado State University
Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?
Being able to spend time at the boy and girls club its always a humbling experience.
What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?
Accounting 205, it was hard but it taught me a lot as far as depreciation and things of that nature.
Where are you from?
Washington DC
Who is your role model, and why?
My mother because of how hard she works, and her faith in the Lord.
Did you play any other sports growing up?
Basketball, and track
Did you play any other positions in football?
I played outside linebacker my freshman year in college, 3-4 buck position/the rush end
At your position, what separates you from others?
My ball skills and my physicality
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
The defenses tendency to blitz, do they like to bring smash blitz or cat corner blitzes or others.
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
Having to block Cory James in practice now with the Oakland Raiders.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
I would say Delanie Walker or Jordan Reed because of there versatility and how there able to move around in a offense and flex out things of that nature.
A death in the family and I overcame it by trying to accomplish what I promised them I would do.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I always say a prayer before the game one by myself, and sometimes with other teammates.
What is your biggest strength?
My versatility, I’ve played both sides of the ball and I honestly feel like I could dominate on either side.
What is your biggest weakness?
Not sure
If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?
I’m a versatile individual that can help your team. I’m a new age type of TE one that is hard to find that can really stretch defenses. I also am a hard worker that would love to come in and make an impact on special teams, I’ve blocked a punt in my college career and made multiple catches and good blocks on kickoff and kick return.
Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?
Vernon Davis was my favorite player but my favorite team growing up was always the Dallas Cowboys.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?
Jay- z , Sean Taylor, Malcolm X
What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
A car for my mom.
