The Dallas Cowboys have picked up a fifth-year option for Pro Bowl offensive tackle Tyron Smith. This was a very good move, because the Cowboys will now have an opportunity to sign him to a long term team. Smith is only 23 years old and is under contract through the 2015 season.
The former 9th overall pick from USC will make $10.039 million in 2015. He has started every game but one since entering the league.
