Could Anthony Spencer return to Dallas on a one year deal?
ESPN Dallas writer Todd Archer believes that Anthony Spencer could return to the Cowboys on a cheap deal since he is coming off an injury. During a chat on the internet with fans, Archer mentioned a possible return.
@toddarcher: It’s all about health with Spencer. He’s working his way back from a complicated knee surgery that his agent, Jordan Woy, said will have him ready for training camp. Maybe it will, but teams want to be sure of his health when he signs and nothing is for sure right now. I can see the Cowboys re-signing him to a short deal with the idea of seeing how he does for 2015. He would help the defense and maybe he could be a right defensive end after playing on the strong side for almost all of his career. If he’s healthy, then he can play. The longer this goes, the more I think he comes back to the Cowboys.
