Colts sign former Cowboys running back
Today Phillip Tanner the former Dallas Cowboys running back was signed by the Indianapolis Colts. This comes a day after the Colts cut Chris Rainey for what Coach Pagano called a violation of team rules.

Tanner is a good signing for the Colts, especially with the question mark over Trent Richardson.
