Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Being from Los Angeles, California I have endless memories of giving back to the needy as it is a highly competitive environment to live in. Therefore it is an everyday battle to survive in a city as such. On a weekly to monthly basis whether one is walking down the street or exiting the freeway their are plenty of opportunities where myself and my family give money out and/or food to those in need. It is not something I am raised on boasting about but simply helping the next man or woman is a characteristic that I was raised with.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Anatomy and Accounting are tied in first place.

Where are you from?

Los Angeles, California

Who is your role model, and why?

I keep God as my number one role model, it is the strength of never seeing the tangible progress but feeling and believing the faith on a day to day basis that keeps me living for great purpose.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Boxing, Jiu jitsu, Basketball, Gymnastics, Soccer, Baseball, Football, and track and field.

Did you play any other positions in football?

In high school I played MLB/FB/DE/OT/TE/DT, in College I have played DE/LB/DT.

At your position, what separates you from others?

I believe my motor and first step separates myself from others.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for any formations that give clues on where the play is going. I look to read demeanor of players in something such as hints that a RB, FB, TE, or OL’s stance may give off as a clue. I am look for any hint or consistent clue that an offense gives, I look for weaknesses in an offenses tendencies which helps me with play recognition.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

The toughest player I ever faced was D’Anthony Thomas in high school.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

James Harrison. I believe in giving an all out effort, being as relentless as possible, and playing the hardest.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Overcoming hate with Love, overcoming pain with strength, and overcoming odds with Infinite belief and effort.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I give thanks in prayer and then I focus.

What is your biggest strength?

My Motor.

What is your biggest weakness?

When I overthink.

feIf I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I will open the door to the highest level of football, when that time comes the GM who took a chance on me will get a player and Man that offers Love to the entire team because a team that does not Love each other cannot achieve anything more then just a pay check. From my Love for my organization, staff, players/teammates, and coaches you will have a player that will work harder, believe harder, produce harder, inspire harder, and love harder for the love of the game and my team. I will push myself and those around me to take as many chances that come to be a champion. Doing all of this while staying humble.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Lawrence Taylor, Ray Lewis, and James Harrison. 1985 Chicago Bears.
