Chicago Bears waived S Sean Cattouse; worked out 3 players

The Chicago Bears on Tuesday announced they waived safety Sean Cattouse. And, according to an NFL source, the club worked out safeties Sherrod Martin and Jerron McMillian, in addition to offensive tackle Michael Ola.

Sherrod Martin is a former second-round pick of the Carolina Panthers in 2009. He spent four seasons with the Panthers, but finished last season on injured reserve due to torn right anterior cruciate and medial collateral ligaments. Martin posted 199 tackles, seven interceptions and 20 passes defended as a Panther.
