The San Diego Chargers have signed safety Darrell Stuckey to a four-year contract, according to the team.

A former All-Big 12 selection at Kansas and a fourth-round draft pick, Stuckey had 21 tackles and one pass deflection last season.

For his career, Stuckey has 45 tackles, one pass deflection and two forced fumbles.

@DerekNBCSD: Loving Darrell Stuckey getting a 4-year contract extension to stay with the #Chargers. Special Teams demon and tremendous locker room guy.
