Chargers claim 300 pound defensive tackle from Chiefs
The Chargers claimed defensive tackle Chas Alecxih off of waivers on Friday. The 6-3, 304-pound University of Pittsburgh product was released by the Chiefs on Thursday.
San Diego released safety Brandon Taylor earlier this week, so with Alecxih the team is back up to 90 players on the team’s roster. The Chargers had free-agent cornerback Brandon Flowers in for a visit on Wednesday, but so far no agreement has been announced by the team.
