Browns name Brian Hoyer their starting quarterback
The Cleveland Browns have finally named their starting starting quarterback. Brian Hoyer received the nod over Johnny Manziel. Manziel did not help his case by flicking off the Redskins fans.

Browns will hopefully be better off with Hoyer, but it could be an interesting selection.
