Bradley Roby was arrested and charged for operating a vehicle while impaired

MOVE OVER Bradley Roby, Pierre Desir the Lindenwood product could have just jumped over you, with a stupid arrest. According to multiple reports, former Ohio State CB Bradley Roby was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired in Columbus, Ohio last weekend.

According to the report Roby was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. As stated in the 10TV report, Roby is expected to be in court tomorrow.

The timing for this arrest couldn’t be worse as Roby had been expected to be a first round pick in next month’s 2014 NFL Draft. Roby had a difficult final season in 2013 during which he (self-admittedly) struggled with conditioning early in the season and was somewhat misused throughout the remainder of it.

Roby was also arrested for a bar related incident last off-season in Bloomington, Indiana. The story had it that Roby was talking back to a bouncer and it resulted in his removal and ultimate refusal to leave said bar. While the charges related to the incident were later lessened, Roby was still suspended for the first game of the 2013 season. When he returned to action, he struggled to regain the same form that had him a preseason All-America candidate heading into the season.
