Bengals release their 2014 draft pick en route to 75
Quarterback Matt Scott was waived as part of the Bengals’ moves to get them to the 75-man limit, but the biggest surpise cut was their draft pick Lavelle Westbrooks.
The Bengals also waived tight end Kevin Brock of Rutgers, wide receiver Jasper Collins and linebacker James Davidson

They also waived-injured linebacker J.K. Schaffer and cornerback Lavelle Westbrooks, who would revert to injured reserve if they clear waivers.
