According to Adam Caplan on twitter, Jay Ratliff who was signed recently by the Chicago Bears, came a bargain price. Ratliff raked in 4 million dollars on a 2 year deal with 600 thousand in guaranteed money.

That is a very good price for a veteran defensive lineman, especially one who showed he could still play in this league.
